Graco InvisiPac GM100 Applicator Overview

The Graco Invisipac GM100 hot melt applicator is changing the high speed hot melt dispensing and packaging industries. For use with the InvisiPac HM25 or HM50 tankless 'on-demand' systems, the GM100 applicator allows for no char, plug free hot melt dispensing virtually eliminating down time due to char and char related maintenance. 

A step up from the GS35 applicator, the GM100 offers 10,000 cycles per minute and is rated for 500 million cycles over the life of the unit. Plus, the solenoid on the GM100 will last five times longer than the leading competitor.

This Air Open / Air Close applicator is a perfect for high speed hot melt dispensing, especially applications utilizing hot melt stitching. A fast 10 minute start up time and reliable startup performance make sure that you hit the first bead every time.
