Step 1: Contact Us
Give us a call or send us a message. Be sure to have the make and model of the glue gun and it helps to have the purchase date so we can see if it is under warranty. No need to be shelling out money for a repair when we can get the manufacturer to do it for you.
Step 2: Return Material Authorization
If you decide that repair is the road you want to take, we will issue you an RMA. This is a simple one page form to fill out with your contact information and a brief description of your problem. This will help us hit the ground running on you repair and let us know where to ship your glue gun after it is fixed.
Step 3: Quote
We're not in the business of secret charges and hidden fees. There will typically be a small upfront fee for diagnosis (this will be laid out with your RMA) and then we will issue you a quote based on time and notified BEFORE the work is done so you can decide if you would like to move forward.
Step 4: Shipping
Now that your old, broken glue gun has received a second chance at life, it's time to ship it back. Customers are responsible for return shipments. Most repairs will ship from Minneapolis, MN so average time in transit is 2-4 days.
